XarSMART is a Precision Personalized Medicine Network established in 2023, led by IDIBELL and funded by AGAUR (Generalitat de Catalunya).
We focus on Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products, MD and IVD, and SaMD. Our network includes 30 member institutions, 65 research groups and +900 researchers.
We focus on providing services for the valorisation and development of ideas and projects, securing public and private funding and promoting collaboration between academia and the industry. XarSMART empowers its members through skill development and strategic support, ensuring the translation of solutions to the National Health System.
