How to get to Barcelona
Airline travel discounts
Travel with one of our partner airlines and get discounts of up to 12% on your flight to Barcelona. Once you are registered for 4YFN you will be able to access a secure webpage within your account with details of each airline’s discount code, and booking links to complete your reservation.
Train travel discounts
4YFN attendees can enjoy an exclusive 15% discount when booking Renfe train tickets for travel to/from Barcelona Sants or França stations from March 2 to March 5, 2026.
This offer is valid for all national and international AVE trains and long-distance travel.
Free public transport pass
In a vibrant city where driving can be quite a challenge, we highly recommend that 4YFN attendees take advantage of Barcelona's efficient public transport system. To make your experience even smoother, we provide all attendees with a transport pass that allows unlimited travel on buses, the Metro, and local FGC trains within the city (zone 1), as well as a trip to the airport – all at no cost.
Visa support
After completing your registration and entering our registration system, select ‘Visa support letter’ from the dropdown menu in our help centre for more information about visas and what we can do to assist you.
It is your sole responsibility to take care of visa requirements. If you require a visa support letter to attend 4YFN, please request one via the registration system after you have completed your registration.

Transportation to the Venue
We strongly recommend using Barcelona’s fast and efficient public transport system as the quickest and most convenient way to travel between the city and the venue. To make it even easier, all 4YFN attendees receive a free transport pass, granting unlimited travel on buses, the Metro, and local FGC trains (Zone 1), including a trip to or from the airport.
Take advantage of your free transport pass and move around the city seamlessly while also contributing to a greener future.
If you still choose to travel by car/taxi, be sure to allow plenty of extra time for your journey to avoid disruptions.
