We propose the creation of an IoT Micro Farm solution that includes a platform with sensors and cameras inside a container to monitor the reproduction and growth of crickets and with this, obtain real-time data that can help us define a model where we can obtain insights to make crickets lifecycle more efficient in order to produce the best crickets flour.
To combat the current food crisis we need to accelerate the growth of alternative nutrients such as insect-based-protein. We believe that applying mature and proven technology and democratizing it to give access to small producers will accelerate its growth.
