Franc Ponti

Speaker Bio

Franc Ponti holds a PhD in Economics and Business from the Central University of Catalonia (UVic), a degree in Humanities from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), a Master in Information Society (UOC) as well as a diploma in Organizations' Psychology and Business Management from EADA Business School. He has recently atended seminars at Harvard University (Negotiation), MIT (Innovation), Stanford University (Design Thinking) and ESALEN (Leadership). His latest publications are "Si funciona, cámbialo" (2010), "Inteligencia creativa" (2013, English Edition) and “Free Brain” (2019). He travels constantly around the world as guest speaker giving speeches and workshops for companies and institutions through EADA and Thinking Heads. He is a full-time professor in the Strategy, Leadership and People Department at EADA Business School (Barcelona), specialized in creativity and innovation.
