Speaker Bio
Peter Ploeger is graduated in applied mechanics at the University of Darmstadt (Germany) and the University of Berkeley (USA) and MBA at the University of Munich. He began his career in 2000 at A.T. Kearney and Management Consulting. He joined Boehringer Ingelheim's Finance department in 2003, becoming Brazil's Finance & Administration Head in 2010 and Country Managing Director in 2015. Since 2018 he is the Country Managing Director of Boehringer Ingelheim Spain, a recognized European innovation center across the Boehringer group. He is a member of the Governing Council and the Executive Board of FarmaIndustria, as well as a Board Member of the German Chamber of Commerce for Spain.
