Speaker Bio

Marc graduated with a degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Barcelona (Spain). He holds a Master's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (Spain) and an MBA from the University of North Sydney (Australia).


With over 10 years of experience in consulting at PwC and EY, Marc has worked with listed and large companies across various sectors, including utilities, pharmaceuticals, retail, insurance, and banking. His expertise lies in developing and implementing strategic plans related to sustainable finance, sustainability, climate change, and impact measurement and management.


Having dedicated his career to supporting and transforming leading organizations in Spain, Marc took on a pivotal role at Suma Capital, where he leads the Sustainable and Impact investment strategy. Drawing on the best sustainability practices developed in corporates, he integrates them into Private Equity and Infrastructure investment strategies. Marc also employs value creation methodologies to ensure the seamless integration of sustainability at the core of the businesses where Suma Capital invests.


Currently serving as the Head of Sustainability at Suma Capital, Marc manages over $650 million in assets under management (AUMs) across various strategies, including ESG funds, Sustainable investment funds, and Impact funds.
