Telecommunications engineer from the ETSETB – UPC with more than 25 years of experience in management and consulting functions. I have being working for more than 10 years on different technology consulting projects for public and private sector companies. I joined CTTI 7 years ago with the main aim of promoting Digital Transformation in the Social Rights Department. I am working on defining strategies that take advantage of technology, processes and people, ensuring the alignment of business and IT strategies, from the point of view of the improvement the services that the Socials Rights Departments offers to citizens.
