Sourabh Pagaria serves as the Executive Vice President and Head of Southern Europe at Siemens Healthineers, a role he has held with distinction since 2018. He is passionate about fostering healthier, sustainable communities through advanced Medical Science, Robotics, and cutting-edge Digital & AI technologies. Under his leadership, a dynamic team of 1,500 professionals across Greece, Italy, Portugal, and Spain has been on the mission of enabling access to high quality Healthcare.
Before assuming his current position, Sourabh held various senior management roles within Siemens Healthineers. Notably, as the General Manager for the Enterprise Service business from 2015 to 2018, he focused on cultivating transformative global partnerships with key healthcare institutions. His profound understanding of leadership and digitization has been pivotal in driving qualitative growth at Siemens Healthineers, greatly enhancing the launch and international market access of their diverse product and service portfolio. He is also a prominent speaker, sharing insights on topics like digital healthcare and AI at various international conferences.
