He led the launch of Altavista and Google Italy, serving as the founding country manager for both. Later, he ventured into the investment world, establishing Annapurna Ventures in 2009 and then founding United Ventures in 2013, which has since become the preeminent venture capital firm in Italy.
At United Ventures, Massimiliano leverages his extensive experience to provide strategic direction to portfolio companies and shape the firm's investment strategy, focusing on transformative technologies. His expertise in identifying and nurturing high-potential ventures has been key to the successful exits the fund has achieved.
