Investor Workshop: Pathways to VC liquidity

VC is facing a liquidity bottleneck. IPOs are rare, secondary markets are fragmented, and LPs demand cash returns after years of dry powder deployment.
As a result, funds extend holding periods, LPs struggle with illiquidity, and GPs face pressure to demonstrate DPI (Distributions to Paid-In).

This workshop will dive into the role of M&A in liquidity examining different pathways such as direct portfolio exists, secondary transactions and fund-level M&A. The workshop will be led by Jorge Blasco, Venture Partner at LUMO Labs.
