Investor Accreditation Guidelines

Accreditation is intended for investors who are actively investing in startups and venture funds. Eligible investors include:

• General partners
• Limited partners
• Partners
• Managing directors
• Principals
• Junior members (subject to availability)

Accreditation will not be granted to:

• Service providers such as accountants, legal advisors, marketing, or public relations firms
• Consultants who connect startups and investors
• Company founders
• Government and trade agencies
• Property and real estate investors
• Non-investing employees of investment funds, accelerators, and incubators without funds under management, such as heads of community, entrepreneurs in residence, business developers, or marketing and project managers

Other investor types:

Angel investors, and partners in family offices and foundations may apply for accreditation. However, these roles will undergo a stricter assessment process, requiring the submission of detailed information to investors@4yfn.com , including:

• Proof of recent investment, including successful exits
• Evidence of funds under management and dedication to venture investment
