FORESEE is a medical technology initiative developing an enhanced remote patient monitoring platform for heart failure, built around the principles of personalized medicine. By detecting clinical deterioration before symptoms appear, it will enable treatments tailored to each patient’s unique physiology and disease dynamics. The solution is based on a wireless intravascular microsensor implanted in the pulmonary artery, capable of simultaneously measuring multiple physiological parameters. Patients will perform short daily measurements from home, while clinicians receive an event-specific, complete view of disease progression. This personalized insight supports earlier, more precise medication adjustments, helping reduce hospitalizations and improve long-term outcomes.
