BioSphere Gutta

Our project is based on developing next-generation root-canal filling materials. We embed bioactive silica-based microspheres into traditional gutta-percha to boost adhesion to dentin, promote biomineralisation and enable potential drug delivery. We perform lab work to formulate and test these composite materials for bioactivity, sealing quality and biocompatibility. Our mission is to deliver a clinically viable, superior root-filling solution that reduces treatment failure and improves long-term dental health. Our target audience includes dentists, endodontists, dental researchers and dental-device partners.
