MedMind is a digital SaaS platform designed to promote mental health and wellbeing among healthcare professionals. It integrates continuous self-assessment, personalised recommendations and data-driven organisational insights to help individuals and institutions monitor and enhance psychological wellbeing in real time. Using people analytics and evidence-based indicators, MedMind identifies sources of stress and enables preventive interventions at both individual and organisational levels. Initially validated through a funded feasibility study, the project now aims to scale across Europe, empowering healthcare systems to foster sustainable wellbeing and resilient workplaces.
