Youcef Rahmani is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ToumAI, a Voice AI company building inclusive voice experiences for diverse and underserved markets. Before founding ToumAI, Youcef worked on complex project finance transactions at Clifford Chance in Paris and Casablanca, and as a consultant at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London. He is completing a PhD in Law at the University of Oxford.
