Scott Mackin is an AI-native GTM and marketing leader, repeat founder, and professor of marketing with 15+ years building and scaling businesses across the US and Europe, including two exits. He helps leadership teams win in AI search and discovery and accelerate growth with AI-first operating systems.
He is the CEO of Hello Operator, where he builds AI-native search and content strategies and deploys workflow automation to modernize marketing operations. Previously, Scott cofounded OneCoWork, a premium flexible workspace business with six locations across Spain and the UK, acquired by Impact Hub (2024). He also founded Barcinno Media, a Barcelona startup intelligence platform acquired in 2018.
Scott has delivered keynotes and executive sessions across the US and Europe for major enterprises and industry organizations, including GSMA, Saint-Gobain, SEAT, and Volkswagen. He teaches marketing in the EADA MBA program in Barcelona and advises startups and growth-stage teams on AI-enabled GTM strategy.
Scott earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from the University of San Diego.
