Speaker Bio

Pablo Palafox is the CEO and co-founder of HappyRobot, the agentic infrastructure that enables enterprises to build, deploy, and orchestrate their AI Workforce. HappyRobot provides the orchestration layer that allows AI workers to operate reliably across systems, teams, and workflows—integrating into core business processes and executing complex, multi-step tasks autonomously.

Pablo holds dual Master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid and the Technical University of Munich (TUM), where he also pursued a Ph.D. in AI and Deep Learning. In 2022, following a research internship at Meta, he left academia to found HappyRobot with a clear thesis: AI would not simply augment software—it would become a new layer of labor embedded directly into the enterprise.

Backed by visionaries like Y Combinator, Andreessen Horowitz and Base10, HappyRobot works with some of the largest enterprises across supply chain, telco, utilities and financial services to transform the workfroce through coordinated, production-grade AI workers—redefining how work is structured, executed, and scaled.
