Ursula O'Kuinghttons is a strategist and advisor operating at the intersection of technology, capital, and public institutions. She advises investors and governments on AI, digital infrastructure, and data governance across Latin America, Europe, and global markets.


She is a Senior Advisor at Project Liberty, the initiative founded by Frank McCourt to reform digital infrastructure and build a more accountable internet. She is the founder of Polivox, a global strategic advisory firm specializing in AI, crypto, and emerging technology policy for governments, investors, and technology leaders. She is also the founder of Kollof, a global superfood company rooted in Chilean cochayuyo seaweed.


Earlier in her career she co-founded Civil Media, a blockchain-based journalism initiative developed within ConsenSys, and served as Director of Communications and Partnerships at the Web3 Foundation in Switzerland. She began as a journalist covering politics and innovation across Europe and Latin America. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is based between Madrid and the world.
