Sead Ahmetović is the CEO and Co-Founder of WeAreDevelopers, a global platform used by millions of tech professionals to learn and grow in the age of AI. Under his leadership, WeAreDevelopers has evolved into a global developer ecosystem and is best known for hosting the world’s largest events for software developers, AI professionals, and tech decision-makers.


Sead is known for his expertise in building high-performing tech teams and has founded multiple successful businesses. He advised leading global organizations such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, Accenture, EY, and the United Nations.


In 2023, Sead was named one of Germany’s Top 40 under 40 entrepreneurs by Capital magazine. He also received the Born Global Champion award from the Austrian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, WeAreDevelopers has been listed by the Financial Times among Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies (FT1000).


Outside of work, Sead is a passionate chess player, husband, and father. His mission is to inspire people worldwide to pursue meaningful and fulfilling careers in technology.
