I'm the Life Sciences Partner at PwC Tax & Legal in Spain: I am a practising lawyer since 1995, and I am an expert in health and pharmaceuticals regulations. I advise hospitals, research centers and pharmaceutical companies—both in Spain and internationally—on health systems, health management, and especially on public and private purchase agreements for medicines and medical devices, which has been the core of my career. I also focus on research and innovation, their valorization and tech transfer, and on building new products, services, and business models in biotechnology. Beyond sector work, I advise public entities, non‑profits, and private companies on corporate, contractual, administrative, and regulatory matters, and serve as secretary to several boards.
I'm independent member of the Supervisory Board of EITHealth.
I have consulted on Inter-American Development Bank projects, lecture at the Master of Hospitals Management at the University of Barcelona’s Faculty of Medicine, speak regularly at industry conferences, scout med-tech companies for investors, mentor biotech start-ups, and sit on biomedical advisory boards.
I am fluent in Spanish, Catalan, English, and French.
