Speaker Bio
Nuno Brito Jorge, an environmental engineer with a master’s degree in project management, is an entrepreneur passionate about innovation and sustainability. Having lived in countries such as Spain, Belgium, and Brazil, Nuno brings over 15 years of experience in environmental issues, energy, and innovation, gained through institutions such as the European Parliament, companies like EDP, and as a board member of REESCOOP (the European Federation of Citizen Energy Cooperatives), the European Crowdfunding Network, and Coopérnico – Portugal’s first renewable energy cooperative, which he founded and led as CEO until 2023.
This trajectory led him to launch several ventures, including Goparity – a platform whose mission is to democratize sustainable finance – driven by the goal of channeling capital for the benefit of people and our planet.
