Speaker Bio

Specialised in innovation and strategic development in health, I am currently working in the implementation of innovation in the Consorci Sanitari Alt Penedès-Garraf: 3 Hospitals, 1 Primary Care Centre- and 1 Rehabilitation Centre. We are more than 1,700 professionals and we attend to more than 265,000 patients.


Previously I have developed the same work for 5 years in the Hospitals of Bellvitge, Viladecans and the Primary Care of its territory with 52 innovation projects and an investment of 40 M€. There we started with 2 people and now the team is 10 people.


I am also a partner and board member of the family holding company that invests in projects and startups in the renewable energy sector.


I have a broad experience in innovation consultancy, corporate entrepreneurship and growth strategy: conceptualization and design of the model, action plan, management of innovation teams in entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, development of the project until the last mile. Focused on tangible results.
