Nicolas Sauvage

Speaker Bio

Nicolas Sauvage is Founder & President of TDK Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of TDK Corporation, a global leader in electronic solutions and advanced technologies. With $500M assets under management, TDK Ventures has backed 50 innovative deeptech startups, including unicorns Groq, Ascend Elements, and Silicon Box. Honored on the Global Corporate Venturing (GCV) Powerlist for five consecutive years, he was further recognized in 2025 with his appointment as Chair of GCV’s Leadership Society. Nicolas is a published author on corporate venturing (Harvard Business Review, London Business School, INSEAD) and the host of the Corporate Venturing Insider podcast. He also serves on the boards of AutoFlight, Faction, Glimpse, Metalenz, Sagence AI, Virewirx, and TDK Ventures. Nicolas is an alumnus of the Stanford GSB, INSEAD, London Business School, ISEN Engineering School in France, and holds a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School.
