Andrea García Beltrán is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur and international conference speaker, currently serving as Partner & Head of Cyber, Media & Tech Europe at Nirvana, where she leads the development of innovative cyber risk and insurance solutions across the EEA. It is also the Head of Digital Human Rights in the Advisory Board of Cyber Rights Organisation. With over 20 years of international experience, Andrea operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, insurance, digital risk, media and leadership.
She has held senior roles at global organisations including RSA, Aon and WTW, and previously chaired the Cyber Committee at the International Underwriting Association of London. Her career spans underwriting, broking and advisory, giving her a 360° perspective on how technology, regulation and risk converge across industries and geographies.
Andrea is the founder and chairwoman of CyberSpecs® and host of the highly commended podcast Cibervoces, where she explores cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital trust and leadership through a human-centric lens. A recognised voice in the global tech and risk community, she regularly advises boards, startups, public institutions and corporates on cyber resilience, emerging technologies and responsible digital transformation.
