Speaker Bio

I am a digital transformation expert with a background in high-pressure leadership roles across technology, entrepreneurship, and international operations for blue-chip companies. My journey into healthcare was deeply personal. Losing my business partner to cancer seven years ago gave me a profound sense of purpose and the drive to make a difference.

Growing up in a small village, I understand the power of community, a value that shapes my work locally and internationally. As an EIT Health & BIOCAT Startup Mentor (in collaboration with Harvard’s CIMIT) and a Board Member at Tech Barcelona, I actively contribute to fostering innovation in healthcare. My roles with NEURII (a dementia-focused digital initiative backed by Gates Ventures, EISAI, and The University of Edinburgh) and the WHO Strategic Partners’ Initiative for Data & Digital Health reflect my commitment to driving meaningful change.

Fluent in six languages, my Spanish and English heritage has given me a deep appreciation for Europe’s diverse cultures, enabling me to build strong cross-border partnerships. I believe technology is a force for good, and with Doctomatic, I am working to make remote healthcare more accessible, efficient, and data-driven, ensuring patients receive the care they need, wherever they are.
