As a Member of the Executive Leadership Team and as a Chief Strategy Officer, I've been leading different areas over the past few years:
1) Geographical Expansion: Market Research and Country Launching
2) Business Strategy: Market & Competitive Intelligence and Internal Consultancy Projects
3) Corporate Development: Equity Fundraising, Investor Relations and M&A
4) Strategic Partnerships
As Head of Latin America, I lead our regional operations across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, overseeing a €7.5M business that brings meaningful math learning to tens of thousands of students.
My focus is on building and empowering high-performing local teams, scaling operations with excellence, and adapting our value proposition to the unique educational contexts of each country. Core responsibilities:
