Karina Indytska is a polyglot education and marketing professional who combines cross-disciplinary skills in learning, communication, and collaboration. Her focus is connecting people, ideas, and disciplines through human-centered learning and event experiences.
Throughout her career, she has worked on diverse projects, including teaching at higher education institutions such as ESEI Business School, podcast production at Babbel, and organizing international youth and artist exchanges. Currently, Karina is the Chapter Lead of Fuckup Nights Berlin and works as a freelance trainer and teambuilding facilitator, focusing on collaboration in multicultural teams.
