I am the CEO and founder of Tetrax, a technology company developing artificial intelligence–based solutions for the automation and standardization of due diligence, risk analysis and regulatory monitoring in renewable energy projects and other clean infrastructure assets. At Tetrax, I work closely with investors and developers to improve efficiency, analytical quality and decision-making in energy asset transactions.
I am also a lawyer specialized in corporate transactions (M&A) with more than 20 years of experience across the energy, technology and innovation sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects. I developed my professional career in top-tier international law firms, advising developers, investors and funds on complex acquisition and divestment transactions, as well as on legal and regulatory due diligence processes.
