Elizabeth Malagelada advises national and international financial institutions on the taxation of their day-to-day operations and strategic transactions, with a particular focus on financial products and on matters relating to interest, dividends, and withholding taxes, both in Spain and in cross-border transactions, including the application of double tax treaties.
Elizabeth also has extensive experience in executive remuneration plans and R&D and film tax credit financing.
Elizabeth Malagelada is Director of the Specialization Course in Financial Taxation at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) (since 2026) and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
