Oana Iordăchescu is a founder, advisor, and speaker specialising in inclusive hiring, deep tech talent, and workforce strategy for scaling companies.


She is the Managing Partner of Deep Tech Recruitment (DTR), a boutique recruitment and talent intelligence firm supporting founders and leadership teams hiring critical roles across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and frontier technologies across Europe. Through DTR, she works closely with early and growth-stage companies on hiring their first and next key technical leaders, helping them make high-impact decisions where speed, quality, and long-term team health matter most.


Alongside her recruitment work, Oana is the Founder of Fair Cultures, a workplace inclusion consultancy and events platform focused on building fair, compliant, and future-ready organisations. She advises companies on inclusive leadership, hiring systems, and workforce culture, and regularly works with HR leaders, executives, and founders navigating scale, regulation, and organisational change.


Oana brings over 15 years of experience in global talent acquisition and people leadership, having worked with international tech companies and innovation-driven organisations (ex-Meta, Booking.com, Wayfair, Criteo AiLabs). She is a frequent speaker at founder, HR, and technology conferences, where she is known for combining practical hiring insight with a strong understanding of inclusion, labour markets, and business realities.
