Session Description

Join us at 4YFN for an inspiring panel hosted by Boehringer Ingelheim, where we will explore how digitalisation and the intelligent use of data are enabling the transformation of healthcare systems towards value-based care, reshaping the way we conceive healthcare delivery.

The session will open with an institutional welcome followed by an inspiring conversation on the Estonian success story — widely recognised as a global benchmark in digitalisation and a leading example of digital health transformation.

The programme will then continue with two engaging roundtables offering a comprehensive perspective on healthcare transformation.

  • The first roundtable will focus on experiences from the Spanish healthcare system, showcasing realworld cases from hospitals and regional health services that are driving new processes and care models through the effective use of data.
  • Our second roundtable will showcase Boehringer Ingelheim’s commitment with innovation, highlighting how we collaborate closely with the Spanish healthcare system to address key challenges such as chronic disease management, healthcare workforce shortages, and equitable access to care.

The session will conclude with a high-level dialogue with the Secretary General for Digital Health from the Spanish Ministry of Health, who will share the latest updates on the national Artificial Intelligence strategy in healthcare and reflect on the pivotal role this technology will play in shaping the future of the healthcare system.

We invite you to join us in this exciting exploration of the future of healthcare at 4YFN 2026. A unique space to discover emerging trends, share practical learnings, and reflect on how to scale solutions that truly transform healthcare for the benefit of patients, professionals and society as a whole.
