Violeta has over 20 years of experience working in knowledge management and organizational change. She has worked in various sectors, including the public sector (Ministry of Culture, Public Ministry of Defense, National Council for Scientific and Technical Research) and for companies such as America Online, Avina Foundation and New York University. She was a professor and researcher at the University of Buenos Aires for more than 10 years and is currently dedicated to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in global organizations through working with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
