Vinita Rathi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Systango, specialising in Web3, Data and Blockchain.

An adept technology professional, a recognized 40 under 40 young business leader, and Ex-Vice President of Goldman Sachs, with 15+ years of experience, has built the majority of her experience working in the front office in the tier 1 investment bank and for the last ten years as the CEO and founder of global software consultancy - Systango. With 350+ staff in offices located in the UK, US, and India, Systango works as a technology consultant, integrator and implementer for growth-stage companies and enterprises.

Vinita along with being an influential orator, is a very active member of the Women in Tech community in London, having founded Women Hack for Non-Profits and Women Who Code London she wants to make difference in people's lives. Her firm Systango contributes a portion of its profit every year to sponsor the education of underprivileged kids. The aim is to not only fund education but influence and help children build their careers by pairing them with a mentor to who they can relate and follow as role models.
