Shoko Suzuki is Board Director at BANSEA and Managing Director at Harbourfront Ventures. Based in Singapore, she invests primarily in seed / pre-series A / series A companies but also active in later stages.
Prior to relocating to Singapore, she worked as healthcare equity analyst at Capital Group, one of the largest long-term equity / fixed income funds in the US with over $1trillion AUM, and as M&A advisor focused on cross-border deals between Europe and emerging Asian countries. She also consulted IFC in Washington DC, performing the evaluation of the World Bank group’s EM investment portfolio, before co-founding a renewable energy startup based in Italy and Japan.
She holds BA in Environmental Planning from University of Tokyo, MBA from INSEAD and Master in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi
