Roberto C. Serrano is a Passionate Technologist and Delivery Sr. Manager with a Software Engineer background and, for over 20yrs, a focus in digital transformation of workers experience. More recently, Roberto’s focus has shifted to the Industrial Metaverse, where he is bringing a successful track-record bringing creative insight and critical thinking to technical challenges on the scaling of Metaverse technologies (AR/VR, HMIs, Mobile Apps…) in Industrial environments (energy, resources…).
With the Red Cross, Roberto has been involved in an exploration of how Digital Twin, and other Metaverse technologies can help accelerate their Net-Zero goals while increasing the positive impact of these initiatives on the surrounding communities through the support of various restoration projects.
