Description
Rika is Chief Operations Officer at Idoven since 2021, a Spanish scaleup whose goal is to improve the quality of life of cardiac patients through prevention, by performing electrocardiograms in the cloud. Rika is also an Accel Investor in pre-seeded startups.
She has extensive experience in scaling and growing startups, as she has been a co-founder of Ontruck and has also worked in large international consulting firms such as McKinsey and Morgan Stanley investment banking, among others.
Rika holds an A.B. in economics and an MBA from Harvard University and Harvard Business School.
