Pep Viladomat is an Associate Partner and a global leader of McKinsey & Company’s Leap Studios and Leap Branch and the director of IBO-Leap Studio. He supports corporations in Venture Building and helping fast growing ventures unlock next stage of growth.
Previously, he was the CEO and Co-founder of Heywood & Sons the first European Corporate Venture Builder. Heywood & Sons has presence is Barcelona, London, Amsterdam and Singapore supporting the most innovative S&P 500 companies to build new businesses led by top international entrepreneurs .Pep has led company turnarounds, co-founded and managed several successful start-ups. His work has been recognised with several international awards as well as extensive press coverage. He was in the team launching and building Dotmobile a UK mobile operator. It grew from a small team to 150 people in three years and was acquired by Vodafone. He also launched digital music product Reactable with partners such as Björk and Coldplay. He has a world spanning network of entrepreneurs and technologists.
Pep holds a Master in Computer Engineering from UPF and an MBA from IESE a leading European Business School.
