+10 years of experience in the startup ecosystem both as investor and as founder of fast-growing startups. For the last 3 years she’s been Director of Wayra in Barcelona, investing in startups that can bring innovation to Telefónica and its customers. Before joining Wayra she worked as Digital Ventures Director helping Corporates set up their Corporate Venturing Units. Prior to that Marta co-founded 2 startups in the e-commerce space and led a startup in the fintech sector. She is an engineer and MBA by INSEAD, she started her career working in Operations at FMCG companies and in Strategy at Bain&Company. She defines herself as a constant learner and has the ambition to have impact and contribute to create a better world.
