Mariana Duarte

Description

Mariana has participated and lead various initiatives to push an innovative mindset and culture within the organization through internal and external collaborations
She has worked for Zurich since 2006 where she has had the opportunity to experience and work in various roles within the technology and operations area, with the main objective to build new digital and design capabilities that support Zurich’s digital transformation programs.
Since 2017 she has promoted customer and human centric culture within the organization through the set-up and creation of new internal capabilities. She has built an internal Marketing and Design Studio that enables this transformation within the design and digitalization space, brining internal skills such as marketing analytics, creative and visual design, service and customer experience design, as well as UX/UI design.

Mariana has an Electronics Engineer degree from the Andes University of Bogotá, Colombia, she moved to Barcelona where she started her career in Zurich at the Technology Delivery Center.
In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music and having a good dinner with her friends and family together with her 2- and 6-year-old daughters.
