Javier Megias

Description

Javier Megias is an investor and entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in venture capital, corporate venturing and startups. Computer Engineer and AMP from IE (Instituto de Empresa), he previously co-founded two startups, and in recent years he has been actively investing and supporting passionate entrepreneurs, first as an angel investor, then through investment syndicates and lately as a venture capital investor through Bankinter VC.

Javier currently holds the position of Managing Partner for the EMEA Funds at Plug and Play Tech Center, where he focuses on identifying new investment opportunities, managing the VC strategy in the region and reinforcing the firm's European expansion.
