Emma has a solid career in the technology field in leading companies such as Alcatel, Telefónica and Indra. Between 2006 and 2015, Senior Executive Vice-president at Indra, member of the Executive Committee and the Management Committee, playing a relevant role in the transformation of Indra from a medium-sized Spanish company into a multinational with presence in more than 45 countries and more than 38.000 professionals. She has extensive experience in Strategy and Innovation, M&A, Human Resources Management, Corporate Governance and Brand & Corporate Responsibility. Currently, she is an independent director in listed companies in France and Spain; consultant/Advisor to technology-based companies in matters of strategy and digital transformation; mentor in foundations that promote entrepreneurship and social development. She also has an active participation in associations and initiatives to promote female leadership in the business world.
