David McClelland is a journalist and broadcaster specialising in technology, telecoms and consumer affairs. Prior to his work in media, David was a technology consultant engaged in major transformation projects in the financial services, media and telecoms sectors for companies including IBM, Dell and Thomson Reuters.
A popular face on British television, David has for the last decade been BBC Rip Off Britain’s resident technology expert; he has led major cybercrime investigations for BBC Watchdog and The One Show, reported for BBC Right on the Money and CBBC Newsround, and is a regular on ITV Good Morning Britain, Channel 4 Steph’s Packed Lunch and BBC Crimewatch Live.
