Carlos Capataz
Description
He studied at ESADE Business School on management and direction of NGOs as well as leadership and social innovation.
With 38 years of experience in the Spanish Red Cross, he has exercised his professional activity in management functions in the areas of social services, volunteering, innovation and the application of technologies for the care of vulnerable groups.
He is a trustee of the Social Technologies Foundation from which, together with the Spanish Red Cross and the Vodafone Spain Foundation, he has coordinated the development of different projects such as mobile telecare, accessible mobile telecare for people with disabilities or the generation of video communication systems for the creation of support networks among the elderly.
He is currently the director of the Digital Technology Services department at the Spanish Red Cross.
