Ana is a business leader focused on building successful teams, improving overall efficiency & developing sustainable and innovative business models with a strong customer mindset.

In her current role as COO, Governance & Communications of the Zurich Technology Delivery Center, she uses data to design new solutions, drives change & transformation and contributes shaping the future of the center.

Ana has over 20 years of experience in the Banking & Insurance sector and joined Zurich 14 years ago where she has had the opportunity to  develop different roles. She has focused her career on Business Consulting, Corporate & Business Development, Strategy, Transformation & Operations Management.

She is passionate about cultural change, is an active promotor of gender equality, partner in several Women in leadership & Women Business Angel associations.

Ana has a BA (Hons) in European Business by the University of Ulster, Executive Leadership Program for Woman in Esade, qualified by the Chartered Institute of Investment & Securities of London & Certified by the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. She is currently training to become an Executive Coach.
She enjoys live music, doing sports and lifelong learning!
