The one that makes an impact on the world
Explore how technology is being used to tackle some of the world’s biggest problems – from climate change to humanitarian issues. Featuring strategic high-level conversations and connections, the Impact Programme is about creating positive outcomes for startups, communities, investors and the planet. Join us in Barcelona this February.
This year’s Impact Programme agenda focuses on climate change, diversity & inclusion, and humanitarian technology. Supported by major impact facilitators, it will focus on finding a clear path to getting closer to the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030. Mark Monday 28th February in your agenda, to enjoy an Impact day.
Women Innovators Programme in the Arab Region
4YFN and UNDP will be joining forces once again to support women startup entrepreneurs based in the Arab region, who are using technological solutions to advance the Sustainable Development Goals. In 2021 we launched the Women Innovators Programme, a successful programme where female-led entrepreneurs where selected to take part of the programme and benefit from tailored mentoring sessions.
2022 will mark the year where UNDP and 4YFN will enhance the possibility to give voices to all the entrepreneurs who took part of the programme and become an inspiration to future fellow women innovators. More to come soon.
Find fresh inspiration and new contacts. The Impact Area is our dedicated space for networking, connecting and showcasing the most successful projects from our main partners. And don’t miss the Impact Itinerary – our guided route of all the exhibitors at 4YFN22 involved in positive impact projects.
The science couldn’t be clearer: our actions in the next few years are crucial to stop the worst possible outcomes of the climate crisis. We analyse how cross-sector innovations are accelerating the development of a new, carbon-free paradigm – changing the way we travel, eat, dress and produce.
How can we mobilise more capital towards social investment? How can we differentiate ‘impact washing’ from genuinely meaningful projects? And how, ultimately, can we all become impact investors? We debate these and many other questions to help grow an ecosystem of profitable businesses, making a positive impact.
