An accomplished senior executive with years of functional and line-management achievement within the b2b services industries like consulting, PR & communications, software development and entertainment. Held senior leadership roles and experiences with Fortune 500 companies like Audi, P&G, Nokia, LG, Bridgestone, Ogilvy. Help scale and enter a new market for the years. 

Good at complex problem-solving and cross-culture team management. Next to her career in strategy and business development, Iryna is a volunteer mentor for women entrepreneurship and micropreneurship programs founded by the USA's government NGO USAID.
