The Start4big project, the first cross-sectional, open digital initiative promoted by Aigües de Barcelona, Caixabank, Naturgy, SEAT and Telefónica, is looking for well-established international start-ups to develop disruptive pilot programmes aimed at enhancing customer experience. Representatives of Start4big will share with visiting entrepreneurs the challenges rolled out by the initiative to encourage their participation in upcoming waves of innovation.
According to Oliwia Puppel, SEAT’s Head of Talent Acquisition: “Participating at 4YFN is a great opportunity for being in direct contact with the start-up ecosystem and young talents. The Human Resources team is present to make contact with digital profiles who are interested in strategic SEAT projects that we are recruiting talent for. Our activations are focussed on the changes that the company is experiencing in its digital transformation process, and for which we want to include STEM profiles.
SEAT has its sights trained on young talent and plans to bring attendees in with its own content. Oliwia elaborated: “We want to bring SEAT closer to this new generation of digital experts via lectures, round tables and workshops. Referent institutions like ESADE business school will collaborate with us in these activities.”
It sounds like there will be some excellent opportunities for some budding technologists with SEAT at this year’s event, so don’t miss out on their stand at M8, MR6.
