This experience not only gave us the opportunity to showcase our business model to investors, but receiving the award raised our profile to clients, helped us to receive awesome media coverage about disruptive businesses and attract more talent.
Now, 10 months later, more than 500 customers have already used our service and more than 45,000 items has been stored by Boxmotions in the provinces of Barcelona and Madrid. Boxmotions has grown revenue by five times, expanded to Madrid in July and we will finish this year with 32 team members!
The self-storage market has grown 10 percent in Europe. With the operations system set up and running in Barcelona and Madrid, the next step is expanding to another European city by 2019 and to consolidate our market position in Spain. With so much momentum following our award last year, we are feeling confident about the next 4 Years from Now!
