New Features at 4YFN Barcelona 2020

Highlights this year, aside from the hotly anticipated, ground-breaking xside event, include the new 4Impact Village and initiative and the Talent Arena.

4Impact is 4YFN’s new scheme to support projects that have a positive social or environmental impact – founded in partnership with Mobile World Capital and Social Nest Foundation. The 4Impact Village at #4YFN20 will showcase 20+ impact startups and hosts a programme of activities about impact investing and designing businesses with impact in their DNA. For the first time, the 4YFN Startup Awards will include a special mention for an impact startup and the main stages will host 4Impact content including talks from representatives of the World Food Programme and the Red Cross.

A large proportion of the businesses at 4YFN join the event to discover talent and make their next big hire. The Talent Arena, in partnership with Mobile World Capital through its Barcelona Digital Talent initiative, will host leading digital education institution ISDI and hacking challenge Iron Hack. The magic will happen in an area that will host workforce related content, and that will be used to conduct interviews and mentoring for human capital.

More than 30 companies are expected to participate, a minimum of 50 job openings will be published and more than 450 interviews are anticipated! To find out more, go to https://www.4yfn.com/barcelona
