24 finalists will illuminate the centre stage at the 4YFN Awards next month!

Three themes, three competitions, three days, three winners! We are thrilled to say we received 325 entries from contestants spanning over 110 cities in 45 countries worldwide.

This years’ awards have been divided into the following themes:

Disrupted by Mobile (Monday)

Internet of Things (Tuesday)

Digital Media (Wednesday)

 

Eight teams from each track have made it to the finals, making it 24 finalists in total. Each finalist will showcase their solution from a booth on the same day as their pitching session. So, feel free to go and meet them in person, get a demonstration and see what all the fuss is about!

Alternatively, go and watch them battle it out on the Banc Sabadell stage in the afternoons! This will be a daily event not to be missed which will be hosted by the Co-Founder of F6S and Tech.eu, and the official 4YFN Awards’ MC,  Jon Bradford.

WeFarm (London, UK) crowdsources vital agricultural information for farmers in remote areas who may not have the use of the internet.

Reply.ai (New York, US) is an enterprise level Bot building and management platform.

The Superbook by Sentio (San Francisco, US) transforms a smartphone into a laptop.

Wiidii (Bordeaux, France) is the first hybrid personal assistant.

OpenBack™ – Smart Notifications (Dublin, Ireland) boosts engagement by delivering notifications at the right moment for each mobile user.

Bitrefill (Stockholm, Sweden) allows anyone to refill their mobile phone prepaid balances and other bills.

Wherehouse (Boston, US) unlocks the value of location data for mobile network operators.

Splitfy by Confeti Ventures S.L (Valencia, Spain) is an online platform for group payments.

 

 

Internet of Things

 

eWATERpay (Newbury, UK) is a fully integrated mobile money, IoT and contactless pay solution to collect small affordable payments from people using eWATERtaps across the developing world.

hu:toma (London, UK) a marketplace to create, monetize, and leverage deep learning chatbots.

PiQuant Co Ltd (Seoul, South Korea) aims to help people become healthier and safer through spectroscopy.

Heptasense (Lisbon, Portugal) offers scalable and customisable cloud-based APIs for gesture recognition.

Aquabit Spirals (Tokyo, Japan) offers an IoT platform that allows for the delivery of digital content from any physical object onto a smartphone.

SmarTap Ltd (Haifa, Israel) offers a digital shower system that sets new standards for reduction of water consumption and energy usage via cloud and machine learning.

Moodnode (Berlin, German) provides a smarter home experience using IoT devices from mood lights to automatic ambient tracking.

Breeze (Hamburg, Germany) offers data-driven decision making for better air

 

 

Digital Media

 

Kasitoko (New York, US) is the only platform that standardizes influencer marketing by enabling advertisers to buy influencer actions programmatically from any network.

TheMotion (Madrid, Spain) is a video technology that enables any company with a digital product catalogue to create video ads for every product in their catalogue, effortlessly and speedily.

Fluzo (Madrid, Spain) is the Google Analytics for TV and the first platform to digitalise TV viewers.

Lobster (London, UK) is a platform which enables brands, agencies and the media to licence visual content directly from social media users.

Influencity (Madrid, Spain) analyses the audience of millions of influencers from all over the world in order to run influencer marketing campaigns in a powerful and effective way.

Itcher | Entertainment Discovery (Barcelona, Spain) is a discovery app using the power of its community to generate entertainment recommendations based on like-minded users.

Medianalitics Berlin (Berlin, Germany) is an IT company that runs an elastic cloud solution for real-time brand presence quantification.

Relendo (Valencia, Spain) is an online platform which enables users to rent personal goods to people nearby, plus it also allows rental companies to rent their goods online

 

Only one lucky winner will be awarded at the end of each day. Who will be the winner of their category?
